I was working on a chapter in my book talking about how to celebrate the wins, and spending time with the people who make your events a success. Richard Branson does it every time he takes over a new business. He’s been known to have rooftop parties with all the employees.
So what does all this mean? This is an excerpt from my written thoughts about the benefit of celebrating wins.
“Evil spirits cannot stand merriment, happiness, fellowship, or joy.
When we celebrate, evil spirits take a holiday. “
I love to send them on a holiday. It makes things feel like heaven on earth.
