The more I learn about social media the more jazzed I get!! Social media is all about getting the right information into your customer’s hands. It is not about “in your face” advertising, it is about finding out what your customers want, and then giving it to them. Social media makes it so easy to find out what your customers want. All you do is provide information and watch “click through” rates. If you find one type of information your customers like more than another, keep giving it to them, or even try branching off into another similar area to see if there may be interest in the other area. The beauty of social media is you can fine-tune what you are giving your customers and get immediate feedback on how close you are to giving your customers what they want. As you fine tune information, you’ll get more and more people paying attention to what you are providing.
